This regional furniture, art and accessories retail chain holds a unique position in the marketplace: marrying high quality and eclectic style with big-box price points. So this posed an interesting branding challenge: how do you show consumers that I.O. Metro is both fun and sophisticated – high style with an incredibly low price – with a shopping experience all its own?

Our team not only helped I.O. Metro refine its core brand identity, in-store customer experience and monthly promotional strategy but also completely overhauled its online presence, developing a new website with e-commerce capabilities and a dynamic social media strategy and propagation plan. Now with 17 locations across the Midwest and plans for several new stores across the nation in the works, the company attributes its rapid growth in large part to the creativity, structure and marketing savvy provided by Eric Rob & Isaac.
