Chaos and meltdowns? We don’t know them because we have Rendia, and she would NEVER. This multitalented, multitasking superstar manages projects with what looks like ease but is actually cross-functional excellence. And her tactical approach is no surprise. Rendia holds a bachelor’s degree in computer aided design with a minor in graphic design, and a master’s in engineering technology. Before joining our team, she provided design and engagement leadership for a Central Arkansas packaging firm. And she’s a devoted wife and mom to three beautiful kiddos, so balancing needs is part of her daily routine. Through it all – the pop-up requests, schedule wrangling and overlapping deadlines that come with marketing – Rendia is a constant source of reassurance, often responding to updates with a smiling “love to hear it!” At home, she enjoys planting and gardening, DIY projects, and spending quality time with family and friends.
