Camille Norman

Media Director
If marketing had an engineering division, Camille would run it. She identifies optimal media platforms and proportions to best meet campaign objectives, reach target audiences and maximize budgets. Research, strategy development, media buying and billing, negotiation – it’s all in Camille’s wheelhouse. Her computer skills rival any IT department, and she makes the most of top media planning and buying tools. Google AdWords certification? Of course. Before joining the ERI team, Camille served as the senior media planner/buyer for a large agency in Little Rock. She and her husband Blake have a young son, Will. When she’s not designing solutions here, you might find Camille on the soccer field with a local league. This “tomboy in a dress” took to the sport at 5 years old and played competitively throughout high school. She eventually accepted a soccer scholarship for the University of Arkansas, moving from California to play there throughout college. The slide tackle is her signature move.
